That things looks sensational (for any lazy people finished pics of exterior are on 26 and engine is on 27) My mates workshop is building one out of an old landcruiser I can't wait till thats finsihed

I really should learn to weld. Awesome work but to be honest, a H1 would have been the last thing I would have built. If you're going to build from scratch, why not make it look unique.

Methinks with his limited metal-working equipment (home made sheet-metal folder) that the Hummer was an ideal choice with all flat panels?
The patience shown by this guy is incredible!..Especially to change from a compact windsor V8 to the 7.3lt diesel bus engine 1/2 way thru, and all it entailed OMG!..
