Finally narrowed my cam choice after extensive research. So simply, which do you think would benefit more. I'm after an overall power and torque increase.
Current mods are; − PH - 4001 Pacemaker Extractors (Tri-Y) − STD Press Bent 2 -1/4" Exhaust - Single Hi flow Muffler − BPT Powerstat − BPT 12mm Phenolic Spacer − K & N Hi Flow Panel Filter 1. 621317 - Crow IN.26/64 | DUR 287 | 0.50" DUR- 222 | LIFT .538 EX.66/24 | DUR 279 | 0.50" DUR- 217 | LIFT " " Medium cam for manual trans. 2. 2031 - Crane / Powermax Intake @Cam 302 @Valve 513 Exhaust @ Cam 311 @Valve 529 Cam Timing: TAPPET @.050 Lift: Opens Closes Max Lift Duration Intake 0.0 BTDC 34.0 ABDC 107 214 ° Exhaust 47.0 BBDC (7.0) BTDC 117 220 ° . Pros and cons for both?

Also another question for AU V8 owners.
Am I correct in assuming that when you connect an oil catch can, you run the pipe from the PCV valve at the rear of the motor to the catch can, then from the catch can back underneath the manifold??? Where the PCV was hooked up to???

Well, I'm leaning towards the crow cam. Are the springs and retainers here any good?
http://www.crowcams.com.au/templates...dsor-EFI.shtml 1 x 621317 camshaft Set of 7738 valve springs (crow) Set of 11700-XR8 Performance Retainers, 8 std,8 +0.100" What does this mean? Heavy Duty Springs (use 11710 ret on Ex.)

Yeah mate, run the catch can between oil filler neck and t/b breather.
When the cam is fitted etc, are you going to use a flash tune?
