thanks again guys |

yeah there not bad, my mate has em on his white Ef, theres a guy in the forsale section selling some, they need to be on a white car, white black go good. If funds permit i will sell my 19 lenso for a black centred polised outer lip rim they look tuff.

also with 20's and ultralows your looking at 225-235 wide tyre only! and i know the ride will be harsh, the bumps will hit sharp.

I like them, but IMO they really need to be on a Fairlane or Stato.

Not a fan of either set myself!
But hey, it's your car and if you like them then go for it I reckon. If I did want them, and heaps of guys had them, it wouldn't bother me either. As long as I thought they looked good, that'd be enough for me. GK

the 1st set is ok but i dont think they work as well with the au shape ,they are also very common as well
the second set are hot i think any car looks hot with a bit of dish on them and the black will really look good on ur white good luck |

I think you should steer away from 20s especially if your a 6 cyl. Slows you down way too much. Go for a set of 19s or 18s and save some $$$.
Check for specials on 19s, at Wheel & Tyre places.

I wouldn't worry about them slowing you down, but you might want to price rubber before you decide on the rims. Even with 19's I'm looking at close to $300 a corner at the lower end of the scale, might have thought twice if I knew this before buying the wheel and tyre package.

The rims are not bad, but its all about the cost of rubber. :

just some food for thought
camber becomes a pain when your riding LOW as you run out of adjustment especially if its IRS and it chews out rear tyres (2 mates had this happen within 10k km from brand new tyres to shredded inner edge) tyres for nankangs(Wouldnt go ANY cheaper quality unless you want to die) your looking at $295 ea MINIMUM $395 ea for Falken 452s (a few people on here run these tyres on smaller wheels and love them) you can fit 245/30/R20 on the front NO WORRIES you will need the front guards rolled with the 245/30s they will be LEGAL (in QLD anyway with the overall diameter remaining within 15mm of standard size) i personally think a more racey style rim looks better on the falcons where as the big bling looks good on the lanes i have 20" XHP Shorelines on my lane www.aufalcon.com/blackers10 on superlows no issues at all

I was looking at getting the first set when they first came out. I glad I didn't now that everyone has them...
As for 20", I say go for it. Only going to live once hey? And if you don't like them, or don't like the ride, you can always sell them
