I found some scratches on my passenger window (probably thanks to my mother in law with a diamond ring) , can somebody give me some advice on how to remove them please?
They're pretty noticeable in sunlight.... |

Call someone in the yellow pages that deals with windscreens and they should be able to "buff" the scratch away.
My mate had this done to his car because his wiperblade came off and scratched his windcreen, it came up really good. |

I am in the autoglass industry, if you can feel the scratch with your nail then the polishing will usually distort the glass. Most companies will charge $70+ for the service, Most glasses can be replaced with second hand parts for this price. You do the sums.

i had a window tinter leave a 6 inch scratch made with a razor blade while removing old tint. windscreen repairers said that you cant take out scratches on the inside of auto glass.....

My wife did the same thing right in front of driver with her diamond ring too. Don't notice it when your'e driving though.
