Default New NSW Road Rules

Hey all fellow New South Welsh persons

The RTA has announced new road rules for NSW that apply from 1 JULY 2008.

http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/rulesregul...wrrchanges.pdf

Mainly deals with bicycle rule changes, strengthens rules about not entering congested intersections and blocking pedestrian crossings. Also some common sense things like not stopping on slip roads, must turn left or right from the left or right (respectively) of the road you are leaving etc.

Some of them attract points and fines so it pays to be aware.
