Just wondering if there is a difference between EF and AU header tanks.
I have a new one for my LTD and was going to put my old one, which is only slightly discoloured, into my son's EF as his is that dirty you can't see the coolant. They seem to advertise them on e-bay as separate parts although some state they fit EF - AU |

Their all the same just some have sensors on them.

Actually ... lookng at an E-series recently ... the way the pipes run to it look different actually. They may look similar but I'd say they'd be different.
I run a B-Series header tank on my AUII ute ... I had to get B-series hoses to actually get the header tank installed properly ... hose outlets in different spots caused issues ... but i got it fitted. Best bet ... get the old out out and sit it side by side with the AU header tank look for the differences.
