Dumb question I know, but I've never considered it before!
Do you use the same 'nuts' for wheels as you do with steelies?

not unless you wanna stuff the good alloy wheel nuts mate, just get some standard stockie nuts from the wreckers. easiest way to go

actually looking to go the other way (my old man's AU - just has steelies + hubcaps) - looking to get some stock 15" AU wheels for him.......will the steelie nuts fit the wheels or will i need to go buy some proper nuts?

cheers JC - why would I want to? Cos it's just for my old man, he probably won't care anyway - as long as it doesn't look too hideous with the steel nuts on, and doesn't vibrate or do anything that proper locknuts don't do......then he wouldn't even know the difference!!
