Default Alternative Fuels

Guys, I've being doing some research and found some interesting info regarding other fuel options. I started looking because of the RIDICULOUS prices for petrol lately.

I found the links below regarding enthanol - report required by the government for E10, E20 and methanol - racing fuel.

Seems in the report regarding E10 and E20 lots of tests contradict each other.

Any chemical experts on here?????

I'd rather not pay for fuel at all.
Here build one of these:
Water Car Plans

The Plan

Build and install a low-cost alternative method for running your vehicle
(internal combustion engine) on tap water, using off-the-shelf components.

This is simply an efficient way to convert ordinary tap water into gaseous
hydrogen and oxygen, and then burn these vapors in the engine, instead of gasoline.

I'm using that united fuel Boost 98 which has 10% etanol in it. Car goes better with it and gets more kays to a tank than Optimax or ultimate.
