Default Need a new clutch. Suggestions?

Whats a good clutch suitable for steet and a squirt every now and then in an AU 5.0? Future plans for a few more killerwhasps, but nothing overboard.

Go see the crew at Extreme in SA, HD organic will be all you need , light pedal, plenty of grip . just give the fly wheel a light machine while its out

Thanks guys.
Might have to give em a call whoosha. Never done a clutch before so im in relatively new territory here. I just had a look on the extreme website and im a little unsure of differences between the kits available for AU. Wouldnt mind giving it a crack myself though, however, i dont have the equipment necessary for machining the flywheel.

Any brake shop can give the fly wheel a light skim for you for about the $30 to $50 mark depending on who you know , as for the job its self its not to bad, a hoist is a bonus but not a deal breaker, a good trolly jack to balance the box on when it slides out is a big + as well, the rest is fairly strait forward would allow a good day for a first timer but with practice (Kevs ute ) a little over 3 to 4 hours with a record of 1 hour 45min single handed is obtainable

does any of these time allow for beer and xbox intermission time?

I need to start doing these things myself, not only saving $$ but so i can learn. Might have to hit up damo if he's got nothing on next weekend. Im so keen to go racing again. My car has got better times as is (pretty fresh with all the maintenance) + new clutch.

Don't let anyone talk you into putting a ceramic clutch in. They are horrible.

Don't ask me how i know.

This is the part number that is fitted to mine.
RAM-88794HD
Put that part number in on the Summit Website and it will have all the detals and info that you can cross reference to other clutches.
Im very happy with mine but next time I will get a cushioned button as I do prefer a fairly violent clutch.
