No there was a series of F150s which QLD ambulance had trouble with in the late 1990s... as well as a few other i knew about, were all bending in the middle.

There were the imported LH US versions which were converted locally (not by Ford from memory?).... after all the issues with that model I believe Ford started to import them as a knocked down version and the RH bits were added inhouse?

Ah yeah .. stand corrected .. memory jog . There were a few 250's ... from Brazil(?) that had steering conversions and a chasis broblem. The last lot of Effies I've been driving have been sweet. Live in a very hilly town and there are no streets that are a match for the big oilers.

But .. we have moved off topic .. Now ... the tail lights added to the big box are another thing .. no clue what they're off.
