As both definitions clearly show, marketing is way more than asking people to buy a product,
that's advertising which is just one of many tools used in marketing.

Time to let this one go, the discussion on job losses was finished a few pages back and the debate on marketing is going in circles.

We hope the transition for these workers goes well in what is a very difficult time for the workers at Ford and the car industry as a whole.
