hey all
I have an xr6t and I am looking for some new wheels. I like the look of 20's but recently learned a lower profile wheel will not hold grip during a launch due to the lack of side wall flex. Is there a happy median when I can get a larger rim but gain more grip then the stock 17's? someone suggested running 16x8 on the back and a low profile on the front. However not sure two different rims would look good. what do you guys recommend for looks whilst keeping grip? |

choice of rubber type can have more of an effect on traction compared to rim size

In my experience the 17s out-perform even 18's in every respect, so I expect that
considering 20s for chasing traction would be a waste of time.
