Default Radiator Fans

Hi

AU2 V8, do the fans on the radiator come on sequentially, that is one fan, and if it gets hotter both !!

Just seems my left hand fan is never ON, and had a few almost overheating issues in traffic

Ray

Default Radiator Fans

Start the car and turn the a/c on. They should both be running even if it's cold.

I've double checked and they definitely work together, never one at a time.

There are three relays used to control them and they have separate fuses in the fuse box under the cover near the battery.

Fingers crossed it's just a fuse!

Well the left hand fan is open circuit, power to the connector ok, not sure if it's replaceable, or I have to buy the whole assembly.
