Default Electric chair

Asked about this before. The cushion of the electric driver's seat has 4 bolts holding it to the seat. The bolts break out and we, me n u, have a problem. The cushion on the AU is obselete, and Ford(spit, spit) can't supply it.
Fix is remove the cushion WITHOUT damaging the upholstry and getting the tinware part repaired by a GOOD welder. Maybe brazing would be the way to go. :
