Does anyone else's climate control keep adjusting the flap in the heater box unless the temp is set to a fairly high or fairly low setting, mine seems to move constantly when i set it to around 23 or so and it bugs the crap out of me unless i turn the stereo up? Is there anything that can be done about it?

Sounds like it may be stuck. Have you tried running a self test on the system?

The self test also performs calibration, so if you're lucky she'll be right.
At one stage my EL ended up blowing hot air out of the footwell vents and chilled air out of the front vents... nothing unusual, except the temp was set to 16 degrees! Doing the self test fixed it. The blend door carked it a few weeks later and that's when I decided to get my AU. |

Sorry to drag up an old thread but with the Self Test. I ran it just to see if any codes came up and E2 showed up, does anyone have a list of codes to say whats what???
After running it, it would then blow warmish air when set at 16deg, but at 22 would blow freezing cold air. Went crazy on me. I ran it a second time and no faults came up and it went back to working right.
