Default over 3 weeks in the paint shop

I ordered some parts from a Sydney based kit supplier and they have now been in their paint shop for 3 weeks.....I am assured they are in the queue but I am getting concerned to say the least...The supplier is Carmate and I have no experience of them....Are they known to be reputable ?

Doing some quick looking on google, bit of a mixed response on the company, might be better to get the parts unpainted and have them painted locally after making sure they fit.

Thanks .....
Ironically two hours after you posted, I got a call saying my parts were now ready.
Co-incidence ???
