Rallye Sport + Davehoos: cost difference aside, it sounds like you might need 70-series cruisers?

We have RFS cruisers that are not up to the job and technical nightmare.
yes they would be ok for simple stuff. the last unit have ABS and uprated load capacity so the brakes work.

we have talk of replacing hilux with 5 ton trucks but the bean counters are squealing. the 90.s canters had been good.

One of our adopted branches[NSW amalgamation] had a fleet of great wall and Mahindra. there is no talk of trading these in with their 10 year old hilux.

A customer of mine owns a civil construction and landscaping company, they had a fleet of 20 hiluxes, and have done for over 20years, they're personal friends with the local Toyota dealer principle. Bought their first new shape hilux twin cab 4x4 top of the range, after a month they called him with some feedback-
Customer- What an absolute peice of junk this new model is, it is so much worse than the old model!
DP- I know.

Their next purchase will be amaroks.
