Default Spotted: Cool/Different XY (Pics)

Had to take some pics, as its something i dont see everyday! Spotted this whilst down at Torque yesterday, it was in great condition, and the softop/convertable job that had been done was A1.

p.s., dont take photo's semi nude when you plan on putting them on a public forum :

I think that car was at the Geelong AFD last year, in which case it may well be there this year too!

Yeah saw that at AFD last year, just a US Falcon soft top I'm guessing.

I'm obviously a nut. Don't like it. Prefer the hardtop.

I agree with you. Having seen a couple in person, although I think its a cool and original idea and the workmanship is exceptional, the look just doesn't do it for me.

A two door XY GT mock up would be great I reckon.

I saw it at AFD, for some reason i thought it was purple. I didnt like it then, and im not a big fan of it now. But it looks ok now, i spose.

Id prefer the 2door XR GT concept.

I saw in a mag a few years ago a 2 door falcon, dunno if it was the XR-XT or the XW-XY. But it was a 2 door LHD out of america or South Africa, it was certainly different, but didn't have the menacing look that our 4 door GT's had here.
