Struth! One lucky man. That is why I used to stand behind the trees when watching the doughy pit action on top of Mount Panorama.

Argh, they should have kept the vid running longer to see him checking his duds. Lucky, lucky man.

What a spot to be standing though, if any of the cars lose it around that corner they will be heading his way.

I am suprised nobody has spotted the fact that the car is still rather straight after hitting the tree..... In a normal road car it would be near torn in 2......

It would have happened pretty quick though. Brain notices car, notices danger, sends signal to legs.

Tree's are formidable oponents in a prang. I drove an XF Van into one when I was about 17 and the bastard didn't even drop a twig. Van was dekcuf.

I bet your stomach was in a knot!, Could you still open the Trunk? Did they tow it to a branch of a local smash repairer? Anyway, I hope you didnt break any limbs or you'd be up for an ambulance drive. By the way, sirens always make my dog bark.

Bastard, I was wondering how to get "bark"in there! Sorry for calling you a bastard, I just had to stick the boot in. It shook me to my core, especially when I chipped my tooth on the steering wheel.

Well, this all stems from the seed you planted a few post's ago. I must say that I was only shaken up from it though. I didn't get a ride on an Ambulance, a couple of buds of mine came to get me in a ute and I had to ride home under the canopy in the bag. Jeez they're a pair of fruits!

Did you hit the tree avoiding a road plant. The timber in your voice would have dropped im sure. I hope you didnt hit your head on the canopy if it was a convertible.

Nah, no road "plant", but there was a red box and a yellow box on the road which is what made me swerve in the first place. My girlfriend was really upset, she just told me to grow up! She really knew how to cut me down when she wanted to. Oh well, no rings were exchanged between us anyway. Also, I mentioned I'd chipped my tooth when I actually meant that I rubtured my gum.
