Default ec garage pit

we are now renting a house with std(?) car pit (1085 wide x 4690 long?
I have no desire for the pit amd would prefer to have some woodwork machinery on top.
I presume treated pine sleepers are the best way to go considering this is only 5 year plus (hopefully) rental

Fill it in, I thought car pits were banned many moons ago for a host of safety reasons.

Cash crop space, the car or machinery stood over its covering will thwart helicopter thermography.

that could work,Ive already discovered a couple of 'tomato plants' growing in the scrub surrounding the house.

long story short, the tite assed landlord is renting out the house not the shed or the LARGE block of land we are on. So anything I do in the shed is my concern not his. Part of the problem is that somrwhere in time the person who built the shed and pit didnt plastic or waterproof the hole before cementing, and so during dry season everything looked nice but as soon as winter rains came, seepage started. Although I did have my sus****ions when I first removed the old sleepers.

I need a pit, can you dig it out, box it up and send it to me. Not worried about the legalities of it.
