Arrow John Bowe Driving Institute

Hey there,

I've recently been lucky enough to have been given as a present for my 21st birthday an 'Advanced Driving Course' with the John Bowe Institute!

I was just wondering about a couple of things...

- has anyone completed this course? (it is the level above Drive To Survive) and what did it involve?

- what car is suitable to use for this course? (i have the option of a focus zetec or a xr6 turbo auto)

I'm really looking forward to completing this course because i've heard only good things for those that have done the drive days with the John Bowe Institute with the purchase of an FPV.

Any feedback would be appreciated...

Cheers! :eclipsee_

Yeah, the John Bowe days are quite good, you will definitely learn something and enjoy it at the same time.

As for the choice of vehicle, which would you drive most? I'd take that one.

I would strongly suggest you use your own Car.

The John Bowe course is great, you will have heaps of opportunities to realise how bad your habits really are.

The John Bowe days are absolutely awesome... I highly recommend them. The course you are doing is very similar to the FPV course and if you look in the FPV thread then you will see what a good time everyone has when they go. I have done 2 of the John Bowe courses in the past - FPV & High Performance and loved them so much that I will be doing them both again in May.

The XR6 would be more fun to use on the course but to get the most of it you should use your daily driver.

Cheers, Tori

Hey Coyote,

Seeing you're in Burpengary, stop into Lakeside on Monday and see what we're up to.

I guarantee you'll be impressed.

Cheers,

What's the webpage for these courses any one? I found it once before but that was months ago and I'm seeking the prices on the courses.

Thanks.
