hey all...just a quick question. ive got a few little paint marks on my car from bumpers being hit etc. does neone know of a good product that will remove the paint, but not my duco. cheers

Since I have just done this to two cars in the last few weeks I can tell you I had great success with Meguiars Paint Cleaner first then used REPO Paint Doctor next..
Then I used a colour boost polish just to finalise it.. One was a Heritage Green and the other was a white car... both look much better now .. Give that a go and see what you think..

If you have a clay bar handy, try that first.
Then move to a paint cleanser or soft polish like paint doctor to remove the marring clay magic red bar will do the job on paint to paint transfer but will leave very light marring Fixed up a few cars with serious PTP transfer with the red in 10 seconds

Wet the area affected and wipe it over with a clay bar. That should get rid of it pretty quickly. Then lightly polish the entire area and should come up good. If that doesn't work, a light buffing will...

Rub it back on to the car it came off.
 This may cause more damage though.Already some great advise above.. |

lol ill give it a shot jaded...your right tho very useful information thanks for all ur input. my car in gun metal grey - do i need that colour clay bar or...cheers all

You won't need to colour match the clay bar. Although there are different colours for them, they all do the same thing

Red = medium grade - strongest
Blue = fine grade - fine for all colours, no marring Green = ultra fine grade - perfect for weekly use if necessary and does not dull shine
