Hi guys can any on help me, just wondering if the BA BF XR seats fit in to the AU floor plan, has Ford changed the floor plan from the AUs to the BAs
Also Im after a set, im in WA can anybody help me please Cheers |

BA/BF seats will not fit the AU floorpan.

Thanks AUII have you tried and how does the floor plan change from au to ba or is it the seating brackets

You could fit them, but would need to change seat rails, and as I understand it this would require an engineers certificate. Better off getting your current seats recontoured (ie ad foam bolstering like Sylox's seats) and then get them covered in cowskin. Would probably cost less.

i'm guessing you would need an engineer that would issue you with a compliance certificate of some sort for you to give to your insurance company.

I think i heard something about if they did fit , that the sides of the seats would rub on the AU doortrims anyway .

Thanks for the info guys I think I might just add some contours and bolstering it all sounds to hard, its interesting I would have thought the railings would have stayed the same as the floor paln, the BA style changed but alot actually stayed the same
