Default Shocked Holden Man!!!

Hey guys/gals..
Im looking for someone >> Hopefully this is the right section.
I've found my way onto this website after being hosed by an AU XR6 on Kingsgrove Rd this morning >> AUFalcon.com sticker on his rear 1/4 window and a big Six Appeal sticker on his back window (Number plate KIZ###) >> I was astounded by this car and naturally wanted to find it again, so I looked up AUfalcon.com and ended up here. :
Mate what have you done to your car if your on here?? :
Ok >> I'm a bit of a hoon >> I drive a VY 6spd Gen3 ute, cold air intake kit and cats back exhaust >> Also runs a 14.4-6 at WSID. _2:
So the story goes, I pull up at a set of lights to hear this Silver falcon idle >> sounds tough >> give him the thumbs up and give my ute a rev, he acknowledges and starts bringing revs up >> lights go green and we launch (I was sure I was about to eat it) side by side to 60km/h, I hear him shift >> he JUMPED half a car ahead of me and was pulling >> his car sounds insane! >> I was shocked. I could not catch him >> all he did was smile at me when he backed off and I drove past. :

So mate >> if you are on this message board please tell me what is done to that car of yours >> its an ANIMAL and the only 6 that has beaten me (sounds like a monster) >> I would love to have a chat to you and maybe catch up if your in kingsgrove more often >> I know you will remember me.
By the way >> that Soarer had NOTHING hahaha _2:

Cheers,
VYute

You do realise you have just admitted on a public forum that
a) you are a hoon
b) that you street raced...

not the smartest move ever from anyone. :yeees:

EDIT: and you shouldn't be shocked either.. it is a FORD after all.. :

Stiddy's car runs a 14.9. So if you guys kept going, you would of slowly reeled him back in.

Strange >> I know, I thought I had won for sure.

i think we'd be lying to ourselves if we all denied ever street racing in our lives, regardless of our age and rules and reg's etc ... seems to be 1 ballsy sixpot.. id still like to listen to the v8 drive by me anyday though, regardless if it's winning or losing so to speak..

I thought those things pulled better than 14.4-14.6?

Matt's car is a bit of an animal ... and it sound like one as well.
I think he's also looking into bigger power soon as well ... I don't think he can make up his mind ... although i do remember him mentioning something about a fully worked motor ... but that was a while ago.

But for a fairly stock (3" exhaust ... pod in airbox ... new diff with new ratios and rebuilt manual transmission) ... it does move along pretty quickly.

LMAO.. how funny is this..
VYute.. you got spanked!!! and that yeah that soarer had nothing, was it twin turbo? lol who cares it got left behind us, but then again so did you ;) LOL.. your ute sounds pretty nice though.

For your info, my car has got a 3inch cat back exhaust, 3inch home made intake/pod, and 3.7 diff gears, heavy duty clutch and thats about it.. it is a bit of a freak.
I was actually suprised you kept up with me off the line, I let it go from 3500rpm and it hooked up.. looked across and you were still there, then went for 2nd and you disappeared? LOL

and thanks for the kind words people, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside hahaha.
VYute, I work in kingsgrove, If you want to meet, i'll see ya tomorrow sometime, i'll PM you my number.

This is a suprise, i didnt expect this, got people off the forums on MSN telling me im busted and asking me about a commi LOL..

Maybe you wern't trying, a VY Gen III 6spd with zorts and CAI, should do better than 14.4-14.6 and should easily do a stock AU XR6 with minimal mod's, I think you should practice your launching, you really should be knocking on the 14's flat if not high 13's.
