hey guys
i just recieved my TL50 rear skirt and its plastic YAY now my question is. is there any particular way to prep the plastic for painting?? and im after ideas on what colour to go.. my lane is oxford green hope you guys and girls can help

i think body color. if not black. you should use plastic primer but i have got away with primer, paint and then clear. havnt had any problems yet!!

Plastic primer, normal primer, then meteorite. Or body colour.

Body colour unless you change to a sportsman type two tone then silver.

being green i think a dark grey would go nicley.. like gun metal etc

I think liquid silver or meteorite grey is the best bet. I'd go liquid silver if my car was green. Wonder how regency red would look - blending with the rear lights.

T2TL50 painted them mercury silver (not liquid silver).

sorry blackers10. im doing all mine body colour. only because i want it to be different. also i dont want to be see as to owning a tl50 when i dont. at least you could say we are doing something different by tricking up our fluffy's.

does any one know if when fitting the rear tl skirt,does the exhaust tip protrude through or is it tucked behind it pointing down?
