That's what you're supposed to do when the wipers fail, of course, you're supposed to also get it fixed asap.

The shaker may be functional though, it isn't just a stick on one from supercrap.

I recon that it’s genuine and in my opinion, this is a win.

Many moons ago, back when new cars had carburettors and 70% of the people on AFF weren’t even a twinkle in their dad’s ball bag, there was a bloke by the name of Colin Box from Colac who used to modify cars and would make sedans into utes very similar to this one.

I’ll try and find some pics.

Yeah im real mixed about that one, some bits look photoshopped (d pillar area reflection looks cut paste, rear window looks pasted), the rest looks genuine.

But yeh, if the front end is changed aswell then its a different story.

I’ve found a few pics.

PLEASE NOTE

THESE PICS ARE NOT AUTOMOTIVE FAILS.

I am posting them as an example of the work done many years ago by Colin Box in relation to the pic of the modified Commodore above.

This Statesman was so far ahead of its time, it just isn’t funny. This was a complete WB Statesman modified into a crew cab ute.

The yellow stripes look shopped too.

The lines on the "tub" also look smoothed, and there's some blurring/smudging on the back window (where it meets the panel).

edit: just noticed that the rear window is further into the cabin than the back door. Rear passengers with heads need not apply.

While the workmanship seems to be well done, the monaro ute is failtastic.

Way too long, 6 wheeler. No.

Not really sure the car is a fail. It certanily succeeds as a pi55take.

definably photochoped have a look at the refection on the body just after the door and the fuel door is the same as the inside of the tray and the refection where the window is the the top of the boot as you can see the badge
