Guys... just curious what vitamin tablets do you guys take and what do they do...
I quite often get drowsy... and yeh feel burnt out... eventho i'm not... I was told to try Guarana Ginseng... That didn't have any affect on me what so ever (took them for 2 weeks solid)... so tonight i got "Nature's own multiviamin + omega 3 fish oil" anyone else here tried it? if so what results did you have. |

I use Blackmore's Multi Vitamins - Men's Perfomance Multi
When I first started using them about a year ago...it felt like they were making a difference, giving me more "get up and go"....but I'm not sure if it was just the "Placebo effect"...?

omega 3-6-9 fish oil kre-alkylin creatine micronised glutamine whey protein isolate whey protein concentrate conjugated linoic acid when funds permit HMB when funds permit although im not impressed with HMB r-ALA when funds permit im a personal trainer - i have needs!

Coke! And Iron tablets. I got real sick and weak not so long ago, turned out to be my iron levels were at 3 when they were sposed to be 20! Daily iron tablets + iron needle every three months for three dosages and lethargicness has disappeared!

ahha is this thread real? Im a little confused if skotty is taking the p|ss or not here.
Your best bet would be to go and see a chemist or heath professional rather then post up this on a car forum.

I had a large range to take at one stage for my arthritis.
But since seeing a naturopath its a mixture between pills and drops. From the doctors, Im currently slowly weening myself off of prednisolone. Im also in minomycin. (spelling) Fish oil, gymnema, vitamin E at one stage, was also taking glucosamine, but they werent strong enough. Im taking a mixture of drops with names as long as the alphabet (forget what they are called). But with a decent diet and this array of pills its helping keep the body in check.
