I actually think it is a decent looking wagon, much better looking than the BA/BF one. Actually Holden's wagons have been better since the VT.
Disciple you can have all the bird flu you want, i'd rather the wagon. |

I think it looks great. Very 300C'esque with the window tapering to the rear.

I reckon it looks ok, better than the sedan anyway.
Though the look will no doubt be ruined when we see a gazillion white omega's with ladders on the roof and in telstra livery and the fully sick P-platers stealing there parents Berlina to cruise the beach carparks.

amazing how some ppl bag it out just cos its a holden, probably the same breed who get pis5ed off with holden fans bagging fords. anyway looks pretty decent for a wagon.
i reckon its a pretty hard task to make a wagon "look good"

You're all hypocrites.
AU - BF.. Whats that? Essentially same wagon??? At the very least, it's a good thing they're changing their designs. |

The Holden wagons are now even more ahead of the Falcons in terms of looks.
Since the AU, I have disliked the back window of the A and B series Falcons. The rear lights also looked off the boil to me. The VT-Z wagons had nicer rear ends than the Falcons, and the VE's entire body is now a modern look. Well done to Holden. I am not holding my breath for Orion. I expect the next complete ground-up design to have something the resembles taste.

The base model wagons won't look as good as Abacus' contributed picure, but will still look better than the A-B series Falcon wagons.

Thankfully I'm not in the market for a wagon or there would be a good chance I would end up owning a Holden! That SportsWagon is one of the nicest Aussie built wagons I seen for a very long time.

I reckon the wagons look seriously tough and modern, way better than anything ford has released or will release for a while. |

I appreciate Holden being prepared to invest in making these. They will be selling wagons from based model to Clubsport R8's. Whereas Ford, ummm, XT or Futura I think. I am still unsure about the Territory. But the 6litre Calais V Sportswagon might be filling the whole the Typhoon left......... Does anybody know if Ford under the Orion platform will produce a Fairmont ghia wagon/ FPV wagon thats NOT a Territory?

For me I just like the idea of a 6ltr V8 in a wagon. I grew up with wagons so I sort of have a thing for them.:togo:
