Default New Bodykit , have A Question though ..

Ok , before i hand over cash on my new Bodykit from AWC .. I wanna know something ..

im getting the TS50 Front Bar , Lights and Wing (Will get Rear Later) But the pic shows the front grill on the bar is attached to the bar , similar to the BA , and not removable like the au one ..

I wanna use my C2R grill .. what i want to also know , would it be hard to Remove the Peice from the TS50 Bar .. or should i just leave it and get rid of the c2r grill ..

also ..

Do the Mounting screws for the old spoiler match up to the new TS50 Wing ..

Cheers
Daniel

Front bar is all one piece on a TS kit so you would need to chop it in order to use your C2r grille, not hard but its obviously going to add extra cost. Personally Id ditch the C2R grille and go the TS50 bar.

Spoiler holes wont line up and your new wing should come with all the neccesary screws etc to attach it......

AWC make the full TS50 bar including grille, but they also do a version that is just the bar, no grille, which would be perfect to use with the C2R grille.

The XR50 one would only suit an XR, unless you buy the XR lights as well - around an extra $600!

I am now thinking of ditching my XR kit for this TS50 kit (at least the front)

the only problem i have with your driving lights au2sw is they are WAAAAY too bright in the day time(hate to see them at night)

dunno if it was just bad aiming or they are way overpowered.. but yeah

id say the AWC gear comes raw or undercoated

Maybe before you get the new front bar you should try fixing that guard. Also once you get the bar you should try to stay away from trees.

I give it 3 days before you crack it on a gutter.

if you go the T3 kit, you gotta get it all. the front bar is a lot lower than the xr kit, and if it doesnt have matching skirts/rear it just looks ugly.

well thats my opinion anyway :togo:

Ditto, then it will look like every VN/Y commodore with a HSV (fake) front bar and no skirts or rear bar
