Default rear bar seen better days

hey guys long story short my cars a$$ and my dads magna's front end collided and now my rear plastic bar is a little misshapen and also has a bit of platic protruding from it. i was just wondering if anyone knew if the bar was heatset plastic so i could maybe try and mould it back myself or if a panel beater would be able to fix it.

Thank in advance

Krakey

It is plastic, and yes, they can be plastic welded so I guess they can be melted and reshaped too.
