Angry XR headlight clips

Hey guys, woody and i changed the bulbs on the headlights the other day and noticed that the plastic part that sits on the end of the bolt that tightens the headlight is missing so atm its really loose and dodgy as! Would you be able to get the clips from ford if they still have em? Also, i need to adjust the headlights and would like to find out distance and height on a wall.

Cheers!

Brent.

Its a white clip that bolts onto the light itself and it is on the end of the adjuster, if that helps a little bit.

Brent you really need to take a pic man.

Had this same problem and asked the same question last year.

Answer is: No.

No longer sold by Ford. Need to buy the entire assembly. I was so ****ed I was nearly going to make my own adjusters, but I came across a busted assembly that had good clips in them.

i have the same problem from when someone reversed into me and broke my headlight clips, pushed my quarter panel in, broke my front indicator and severely damaged my polished tickford rim. i only have 3rd party so i have to pay to get it all fixed because it was my word against his. The front headlight is totally out of shape with the clips missing. Its hard trying to find another headlight assembly off an AU XR as there is not many around and i bet ford want a s*** load for them.

Hey fellas. I hit a bird last year fair and square on my light and broke two clips. Ford won't sell the clips individually. You have to buy a new lens around $180 (looks like an old school sealed beam unit) or buy the LH or RH assembly around $400! I chose the cheaper. Or find them on ebay....
