Default courtesy lights

hey guys ive got a series 1 au falcon xr6 and just curious about the interior lights in the rear seats.....when i open my my door.....only one light turns on......the other light wont turn on when i open the door but it operates when i turn the switch?? may be a stupid question but i dunno but whats wrong??...is there an indidual relay or something for both of them i dunno hope u can help cheers

G'day mate, I had that same prob with mine a while ago.
The prob with mine was the switch wasn't making when switched for the doors(if that makes sense)
Pull the fitting out (easy as) and see if the switch makes contact both ways when you switch it. Mine wasn't one way, so I just 'modified' the plastic rod(white bit that pushes the contact down) and fixed it.
Hope that helps, if not I'm sure someone will let you know a different solution

Or you can just go to ford and buy a brand new part it only cost me like 15bucks or something.
