Default 8/2001 XR8 Ute - Yella Terra ?

Hey guys, to cut a long story short it looks like I have a blown headgasket maybe. :ticking:

Its a 8/2001 XR8 Ute

Just started pulling the engine down, and noticed it has Yella Terra rockers on it???????

I thought these were only on the 220kw engines/TSeries.

Am I wrong? (Before purchasing the Ute I read up on the 200kw engines, and swear I saw that they were fitted with Cranes?)

So from ready that i guess its possible they were fitted by the previous owner, or maybe possible that Ford threw them on there. :alien2:

Thanks for posting that link mate. After looking at them they look identical to b2tf's except they have hex/alen bolts in the middle (cant make out if his does)

Noob question, how do i remove them? As they are joined and not single over the valve.
Do i undo the hex/allen shape bolt, or take off the circlip on the side???
I dont have a tool/hex shape/allenkey to take the bolt off

Ok its pretty obvious by looking at them now that it needs the hex/alen key bolts undone

Is there a special tool for this?

Cool, they are off now. I would still love to know why they are on there!
