Default Handbrake button

My Handbrake button is slowing dissappearing into the handbrake handle, never done this before, even when the brakes ( hand) needed adjusting which they do now. Is something worn or broken ?

Thanks

Ray

hey im ashuming its a leather brake ? other wise the rub one is fairly hard to move,

the only way i know how to fix it, is to remove the drivers chair, 4 t-50 bolts, 5-min job, abd grab the handbrake bouch/rubber and pull down wards towards the floor wiggle it if ya have to, and the button should come all the way back out, also u can tighten it if it needs tightening then, just click it up to the second click and tighten from there.

hope that helps

cheers

Two correct answers. Yes the cover was sliding off, not the button going in. All is fixed thank you
