it was two runs at 4.86 and one was 309mph and the other 310mph

he then backed it up with a 4.80 @ 310.?? mph which worked out to be 499.77km/h he wanted to break the 500km per hour mark in Australia which he will in 2 weeks if the weather is right on the day was a awesome weekend

the steve read crash was not as bad as it looks that only the body work the flies up into thew air and burns pretty well all of it, he got him self out of the car before the rescue workers got to him but the ambo's took him

the nitro crash just after this one was a far worse fire ball then the read crash , and as for the other nitro funny car hitting the sand trap and wall (no shute opens at over 400km/h) it was a great meeting with a few mishaps but was awesome

all in all glad he is ok but he said he might not be back in two now as the don't have to many spare shells laying around ready to go right now but fingers crossed a full field will be back for round two : :
