In Perth this week this guy smacked the tow truck driver and took his car back. Now he's charged with aggravated robbery, loser.

A MAN has been charged with stealing his own car after it was confiscated under the State's hoon legislation.

The 33-year-old Balcatta man allegedly assaulted a tow truck driver, took his keys back and drove away in his car after it was confiscated by police in Mullaloo on Monday.

He was charged with aggravated robbery and his car was seized for seven days.

The tow truck driver suffered a broken nose in the alleged assault.

Unfortunately there's a high likelihood that he was abused as a child and will most likely spend the rest of his days in an institution. We like to think that these are evil people out to get us because it makes it easier on our collective conscience to punish them for the wrongs they do. He's simply very sick and most likely will never be a normal functioning member of society- Sad but true.

Lets give the freak an excuse so he can do 5 years in an instituion and be walking the streets lighting fires and touching kids. What about the people who are abused and are don't do this crap? We know full well his sick, the only cure will come down a barrel not from a shrink.

while i feel sorry for anyone who is mentally unstable, even when they do horrible things - it is important to remember that no one who died in the fires or from other crimes will be a normal functioning member of society again neither. their loved ones will take some time as well
i feel sorry for them - but they should be locked away for ever; at least
