Default keyless remote unlocks only boot

my factory standard, remote keyless lock for doors and boot went through the washing machine full cycle, now it only unlocks the boot for both buttons. Anyone know the cost of getting this fixed for a 99 AU sedan. Im guessing i cant fix it myself.
