Just wondering, what are the pro's/con's with the world cup cross member? is it "legal" for on road use? cheers

the pros simply are they secure the motor a lot better than the standard unit limiting movement
the cons - they tend to vibrate the car a lot more, transferring the harshness as some put it thru the rest of the driveline

are they legal?? I am not expert on that apart from saying all the standard mounting points are used....no modification to body work etc
you would need someone very very switched on to even question one as they look like some standard fitment engine mounts

Im putting a yb cosworth in my mk2 so just wanted some added strength to the set up hence the use of a world cup cross member cheers
