I'm on a 12 month tour of Europe this year (left Oz 1st March) and am in Stuttgart at the moment. Spent yesterday at the Porsche museum and the day before at the Mercedes Benz museum. Took a shedload of photos but rather than upload them all here or at a hosting site, here are links to our blog site for those days with some of the pics.

Great photos. A lot better than many travel blogs.
If you like museums and machines, try and get down to Munich and the Deucher museum. There is no better technology museum in the world - maybe the Smithsonium in Washington. I did an engineering course in Munich many years ago, and we spent at least 4 full days there, and didnt see it all. |
