Default Wierd camera`s on Dandenong road

Hi guys , this for the melbourne guys.
Be very very careful. No we not hunting rabbits.

There are two cameras one attatched to a tree and the other a post in the middle nature strip btw Murrumbeena rd and poath rd heading towards chadstone shopping centre on Dandenong rd.

I don`t know if they are speed cameras or full recording cameras but have a look, curious to know what they are.

be very careful? wtf? bloody hell, just follow the speed limit and you have nothing to worry about. be very careful?... boy oh boy, sounds like you are warning fellow speeders not to speed in that section of public roads, oh dear looks like you are one of the ones that cries foul on "revenue raising". ie the voluntary tax for idiots.

Isn't that the point of a safty cam (speed camera) to slow people down and thus avoid an accident. So by telling people it's there, it is increasing its effectiveness in reducing the road toll?

Cheers

Since when has accuracy been part of the Victorian traffic tax agenda?

14 changes over 11km stretch.
Roads Minister Terry Mulder says, "the current system is a debacle that entraps motorists into getting snapped by speed cameras and it needs to change."
