Helluva fine car..... at the time the E-Type was first released she was noted as the sexiest car style wise at the time, if this can be brought on-line i guess she could easily reclaim that crown again, that is fantastic use of retro styling....I’m in love....

In my opinion, while some elements look great, that is far from the best looking car ever. The front lights just look retarded.

A limited run of 2011 Growler E are in the works. Initially, 3 or 4 cars only. It's built on the same chassis platform as the current Jaguar XKR. Same 5.0 SCV8, but power upped to about 450kw, and weight reduced to about 1550kg. If you want one, make sure you rob every bank in your neighbourhood, and be prepared to wait, and wait, and....... wait. Each car takes around 6 months to build, and price is almost 1M euro.
Here's my favourite pic of the ones released to media. |

I love it! British Racing Green too! it's one of those cars that really should be a V12 just because... Maybe a 5.0 V8 turbo would be good though.
Best looking ever? Hmmm it's up there with other nostalgic remake supercars like the Ferrari California. I'll take them both. |

I'll take one in BRG thanks. The front is nice but "not quite right", the side profile is amazing as is the rear.
Sexy car. |

"Best ever" will always draw dispute.
That car is beautiful. As an enthusiast, there will always be something you would change if you were to transform the image of perfection you may see in your mind's eye into metal, but this guy/company have taken an idea and turned it into reality, and they haven't done much wrong. Hats off to them, (and anyone else, but particularly those whose projects I get to watch develop on this site), who has the stones to throw down their wallet, pick up the tools, sacrifice their time, and make something we can admire!
