Default Where is it?

I have a 1998 Festiva 3 GLXI. I have replaced the Clutch & it will not start. I have checked the fuel pump & it is not going & there is no spark.I have checked all the fuses & connections. It does not have the famous fuse No19. so that is not an option. I have looked for the ECU, but cannot find it. Can someone tell me where it is. P.S it is not behind the left front kick panel or behind the glove box. Need your help!!!
