So I don't clutter up the joint I'll ask my question here.

I've got a Tamiya TT01 with some 'drift' tyres on it. Have done the ball bearings, locked the rear diff and put an aluminum drive shaft in it.

I'm stuck on what shockies to put on her though. Are these what I need to get her drifting more smoothly? The rear end bounces around like a cheetah in a jumping castle on high speed drifts.

I've just ordered this, can't wait. It's an exact replica of the gymkhana 5 car 1/8

I have a tt01 aswell. Put a 9.5T motor in it, then decided i wanted more power so i put a 5.5T engine in it. The esc (by the specs) should be able to run the 5.5 but all it does is SHUDDER. no movement. and then when i put the 9.5 back in. it worked for a whole 5meters now it does the same thing.

WHat gives?

Go into just about any RC hobby shop and you will find one. You will probably have to paint it. That's half the fun but.
