There is alot of negativity round about dealerships and the service they provide....So I figure why not have a thread specifically for the good ones....
Leave the bad ones out of it please...There are plenty named throughout the forum, without cluttering this one up with them. It might just help cut through all the crap that goes on through out other threads. Mods, if you think this thread is inappropriate, or in the wrong place, please feel free to do with it what you will.

Essendon Ford in Victoria are fantastic, bought two cars from them, well one, then I totaled it, and got another one through them for insurance.
I buy all my genuine service parts from them too, they look after me really well, and the parts guys know me when I walk in the door |

Denmac Ford at Darra are great for servicing... Always do the right thing by me and look after my car.
Bryan Byrt Ford are good for sales... Have bought heaps of cars off them, nothings ever a problem they always accommodate pretty much anything I have found. If you want something and your willing to pay for it they will do it. Q Ford for spare parts... one of the only Ford dealers in Brisbane that work on Saturday's... on the ball all the time. |

Macarthur Ford at Campbelltown NSW.Steve and Paul in the service dept are top guys.
Bought my wifes ba ghia new from them in 2004 and had extended warranty they have also done top notch work and never queried or argued about any warrenty issues. They also drop her at the station and pick her up. Got the company i work for to buy my fg xr6 ute there in 2010 and it had its fair share of warrenty problems and they always give me a loan car even got a 315GS last time |

My experience with Binks Ford in Deer Park for my last 3 Ford purchases has been good. The service is good, they are willing to deal and treat me well, with respect. And to top it off I am very happy with their service department who do a good job and I trust them. I have been using their service department since early 2009 and have had no issues.

Very happy with Sinclair Ford. Bought my BA GTP from them in 2003, got the Territory in 2009 and the R-Spec a couple of months ago. No complaints about the deals or the servicing. Always happy to let me have a courtesy car when I've needed one.

McInerney Ford in Perth.
I live about half an hour away from McInerney's, but I keep taking my car back there for a service because I trust them, and because their customer service has so far been very good. I have had no reason not to go back there again.

Pierpoint Motors in Stanthorpe were excellent when I bought my car. I bought the car over the phone as they are over 2 hours drive from me. When we picked it up, they even organised Ford sample bags for the kids and a hoard of other freebies. Would happily buy another car of them.
Metro Ford have looked after the car since and they've done an excellent job. Any issue I've had, they've addressed it with no problems.

Sinclair Ford Penrith for sales and service. Always good people to deal with.
South Coast Ford Batemans Bay for sales (don't service with them as I don't live in the area). Have bought 4 new Fords with them (g6e turbo, Mondeo Zetec, XR6 ute and SZ Territory TX). Always manage to get the deal done. |

Slightly off topic but I'm guessing - human nature being what it is - almost every dealer will get a thumbs up!

Went to Etheridge Ford Ringwood back in August for my service. Seemed pretty good, very comprehensive and called me with any issues or concerns.
Next service I'll either go back there or Strapp Ford.
