Hi. Start by punching the rego number in to your state rego mobs site and see if the rego is still current. If its still current try to find out if you can get contact details by going to next (paid) level of rego check system. Google rego and/or vin number and see what happens, if car is for sale rego or vin number should be in add. Cheers MD

You sold it, move on with your life. Big chance you don't want see the condition of it now. Get the same model and live a new dream.

the car I like seeing which I have seen a fair bit lately is my parents old BA Futrua. It'sin pretty good nick still. there's times I feel like going up to the owner and making an offer for it. mum sold it a few months after dad died as she was starting to having trouble driving a big car in 2012 as she is getting older. it was 2003 (sold 2004) BA and only 108,000kms when she sold it.

I'd love to have my first car back...
It was in amazing registered condition when I had a brain fart and sold it in 1985 or so, and it was reportedly driven to somewhere around Tully in north Queensland, so it could well still be around somewhere. They're a tough little beast and tend to last a long time, even when neglected in a shed or something. |
