Default Can anyone help track by VIN?

hi,

been waiting since september for my new Ford Kuga to arrive. Finally got the dealer to give me a VIN which tells me the car has been built on Nov 30, wanting to see if I can find out what ship it is on/when it is likely to arrive. Can anyone here help?

VIN: WF0AXXWPMAFC51766

Go here: http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do Click on the vehicle tab and enter your VIN in the box.

I just did it with your VIN and a whole list of features/deletes came up.

Happy Xmas and Cheers!

Edit: can't tell you what ship it's on or delivery time - was plated 23/12/14 though.

If it was plated 23/12 it most likely means its currently in Australia somewhere.

It isn't in Australia, my Stock Controller tells me that it is in build still, so maybe a week or so to get completed, a week or so to get on a Boat and 4-5 weeks sailing...you are looking at February some time for sure.

Did you specifically ask for new Model?

That's what you're getting and you probably couldn't have had that much earlier regardless. I believe it was pushed out a bit further than expected.

I asked for a silver one with technology pack. apparently that could only be done in the new model.
dealer got back to me today and suggested mid-march delivery, which is past the time i require a new vehicle by.

reviewing my options.

So just for the Hell of it, I didn't look at exactly what the car was, is it Silver Titanium Diesel with Pack?

A long shot but I might be able to help...what State?

All I can say is, these Kugas are freakin' awesome vehicles, my wife has an Ecoboost with 40,000klms on it now and it has been one of the best things that I've ever bought...we took it to Tassie last Christmas for 8 days and I fell in love with the thing, plenty of go and the most sure footed thing to drive...beautiful to drive and trouble free.

Im in Vic.
Moondust Silver Titanium Diesel with pack.
Now that the 2015 is out, and ive been waiting 4 months, it would be foolish to get the 2014 one.

Well the Vic bit would have worked out OK but I can't get you a vehicle any earlier than the one that you have coming already.

Hang in there would be my advice and maybe see if you can hit them up for a loan car?
