Default AU 2(2000) to a AU 1(1999) wiring lume

greeting everybody. im new & hope im not asking a Q that's already been Answered.
ive had my 1999 AU Forte motor seize. the guy who sold it to me (4months ago-$2500-220000kms) owns & runs the local garage here, told me it was oil pump screen clogged up caused this. in the mean time I found & payed for AU2 2000 future. for $400 & a box!its great looking car but has just the worst undercarage rust, as it was sitting in a paddock for 5+ yrs. we will use it as our donor for its engine. now the Question is, will the '99 AU forte wiring take the power windows cables if we also donor the doors off the 2000 AU2 & put them on the non-electric 1999AU forte.

any comments/advice greatly appreciated
