Default Fgx spark plugs

I want to change the spark plugs on my duel fuel g6e. I was told by 2 different dealership that they take standard spark plugs. Is there a option to get iridium plugs, as I find from past experiences they run better on gas. Thanks

FGX never came with dual fuel only dedicated injected gas (EcoLpi). They took the same as the turbo engine spark plugs. Part number AGSP22YE11.

What they used when doing a dual fuel conversion is anyone's guess.

Get a different dealer.

Being dual fuel (and a G6E) it's obviously not EcoLPi but for anyone reading the EcoLPi takes an AGSP 22YE11 which is an Iridium plug.

The petrol version takes an AGSP 22Z13 which is also an Iridium plug and this seems to be the go-to for the after-market dual fuel conversions but some installations might recommend something different but they should still be Iridium.

The FG E-Gas models (which were single fuel) take an AGSP 22YE07.

I used NGK FR6EY11 on my dual fuel Falcon taxis for 20 years or so.

The 11 means 1.1mm gap which is better for LPG, 13 is 1.3mm ie bigger gap.
