Default BA GT body kits ?
guys my boss is buying an XR8 and wants to know if and where he can pick up a GT kit for his BA XR8, thanks in advance boys :

your boss will be looking at least $10,000 for a genuine ford BA GT body kit, I damaged the front of mine and the front cost $4200, WITHOUT being painted or haveing the stripes redone!, the lower mesh that has FPV cut out of it is $690 alone!..... oh, and you can only get the genuine ford GT parts if you have one to start with, as they want VIN NO#, rego, and were it was purchased from before the sell it to you.

please dont, leave the GT body kits to GTs!, i serisouly hope this doesnt become a trend like HSV body kits where every second V6 executive has a HSV body kit. people spend huge amounts of money getting these cars, to only look the same as a car worth half its worth. im glad FPV are trying to protect the value of these vehicles /rant

Id have to agree, even the mere mention that my XR8 engine was made by FPV makes some GT owners cry in their co co pops. Id hate to see too many XR's running around with GT kits (like a bunch of holden wanna be's). For a start it cheapens the overall appeal of the genuine BAGT's and secondly, I like my XR from the factory as it looks good anyway / without it.

WHY ????? I SERIOUSLY DON'T GET IT . there is only $10,000 differance in price between an xr8 and gt.

REALLY ??? i dont know why he wants one guys i am tryin to get him in a VZ R8 :1syellow1 but since we Sponsor falcon a v8 super car he think he should get a FORD. and ive even tried to get him in a XR6T (hope none of the LS1 forum guys read this _2: ) but he NEEDS an eight _

um why would he want a VZ R8 anyway? its alot more expensive then an XR8, anyways, theres nothing wrong with an XR8
