It doesnt take much to be in those sort of high ranking jobs, take G.W.Bush for example?

It's not hard to kill google. Instead of clicking on one link in your favourites you use a different one. It's not like you have to install a new OS or browser. The hard bit is coming up with a better product and convincing everyone to change.

I remember going to a Microsoft conference a couple of year back which Steve Balmer was hosting, he has quiet a presence and is totally different to Bill Gates.
